Mummy and Me

Mummy and Me is a community-led support group for families across Torbay with babies from birth to around 12 months. We offer friendship, education and support, meeting weekly during term times. Our sessions require no booking, just come along and make lots of friends. We have representations from qualified practitioners, who support mums in first aid, weaning, baby weighing to mention a few. Additionally charities like Torbay Reusable Cloth Nappies and Sling Library attend from time to time as well as local breast feeding Peer Supporters and Kate Hancox who is the perinatal educator for Torbay. Kate helps support and signpost mums to advice and runs Musical Stretch. We see a huge need across the Bay for Mummy and Me. Together with St Matthias Church we are working to support the Torquay community. So do come along, make friends, relax, whilst continuing postnatal education and having lots of fun!
