Begin well...is an antenatal course giving parents-to-be the starting blocks for family life. Whilst run by volunteers from St Matthias, it is based on the NHS curriculum, ensuring that new parents feel and are supported.  We run this free course around 3 times per year over 5 evenings at  St Matthias between 7.30-9pm.

Mummy and Me...meet each Friday (during term time) between 10-11.20am in the Church itself. We provide a regular safe space for new mums (with their babies 0-12 months) to come together for support, postnatal education, fun, relaxation and to make friends.

A Daisy foundation trained lady attends regularly to talk to mums, providing musical stretch and gives post natal advice. Many other experts come along to give support and advice. There is no charge. but donations are gratefully received towards refreshments - no need to book - just come along!  You will be very welcome.
